This video shows you the steps to accessing Office365, Zoom, Canvas, and ParentVue/StudentVue: Go to "Four Steps to Get Ready for Virtual School" video. If you are in need of immediate technical assistance you may also call the PWCS Helpdesk at 703.791.8826. The Help Desk is staffed Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m. when schools are in session and 8 a.m.–4 p.m. when schools are not in session. (Wait times may vary).

If a student gets locked out of their laptop it takes 30 minutes for the laptop to reset and they will be able to login again.
